Our truss is a lightweight, structural, aluminum and steel truss system. Its
portability and durability make it ideal for tradeshow booths, exhibits,
displays and many lighting and staging applications. There are many
components which can be combined to offer an infinite array of
configurations, and provide the professional designer with the basics
required to take advantage of this product’s versatility.
A truss has two elements - the longitudinal member or chord, and the cross
member or web. The combination of chords and webs provides load bearing
capability over long free spans and enables our truss to provide a reliable
foundation for displays and lighting, while maintaining a visually appealing
sense of openness. There are also various different up lighting techniques
to make the truss blend in with the surrounding décor of a room.
A truss is available in 2, 3 and 4 chord truss. The 2 chord truss will
provide the load bearing performance indicated in the accompanying chart
when used in the upright mode. The 2 chord truss can also be used in the
flat mode to define a space. The 3 chord truss provides greatly increased
load bearing capacity without a proportional increase in weight over the 2
chord truss.
