A High Performance team is a
team that knows and understands every position at the company.
Now you must be saying, what
is he taking about. Hear me me out on this one.
Lets say that your a box
manufacturing company. for argument sake, the departments
you have are Sales (selling the product once produced), Ordering
the materials once produced, Cutting (actually cutting the
material that creates the product) and Assembly (putting the
product together.
Each part of this process is vital to the success of the entire
company. Lets take ordering. Your sales staff Just
secured a 40,000 piece order from Kraft Foods. You are
contracted to construct Mac and cheese boxes. Ordering
department orders the material plus 10% over for waste.
(which by the way costs money as well). The material goes
to the cutting department. Now the front template calls
for 5 inches

things move so fast that it is hard to developed a high
performance team. High turnover plays a huge role in this
difficult task.

Corporate Olympics is completely customizable to your needs. If
you feel that your meeting is long and you need a pick me up, Corporate
Olympics can design something that will keep your team involved and have
fun. The key to learning is having lots of fun
Programs
We offer 1/4 day 1/2 day and full day programs.
1/4 Day Programs is approximately 2-3 hours and
you can use this time during any part of the day. It is great for
groups up to 75 people.
1/2 Day Program is approximately 4-5 hours long
and can begin in the morning at 8 am or after lunch.
Full Day Programs is usually 6-7 hours The
program usually begins at 8 am and continues until the end of the day.
It begins with a 20 eye opening session that surly wakes the team up and
lreally helps the day begin on a high note.
During the day, before or after breakouts we deliver some quick but
affective games to keep the humor alive and keeps your team awake.This
program is used for companies that plan on having a full day content and
is concerned about the team getting anxious. We usually design
games around the content that you are delivering.
If you talking about future forecasting, we will play a game that is
in relation to planning ahead.
